So as we know, today is the 4th of July! Wooooooo! Happy Independence Day to the US of A!!!! I’m sorry if you live in a different country and don’t care about this holiday, but oh well, it’s important in my life at the moment. So, if you live in the US of A, how are people celebrating in your neighborhood? Around here, my next door neighbors are blasting off fireworks as we were under attack and that was their signal that tells Grandma to hide. Hmm…what else… oh the Polish people next door invited us over to their house for a celebratory Vodka, for adults of course. Yup, 4th of July is very boring…
But last years 4th was awesome! I don’t know if you remember us telling you about it but oh well I’ll summarize it. Well The Chipmunk Club had a sleepover and it was pretty fun. My mom broke out the marshmallows, so we roasted marshmallows ( they were yummyful)! Then while my brother and his friends were blasting off some tiny fireworks we were randomly creating something on my driveway with chalk. Unfortunately we didn’t get a picture of it, but it was sweet! But then all of a sudden Jacek, my 12 year old cousin or uncle, spots some smoke!!! Theres a fire spreading on this hilly thingamabob!!! So we woke up asked one of our neighbors to call 911 while my mom got her hose and tried to put out a tiny part of the fire (it didn’t work). So the police and firemen/women came and put out the fire and asked us questions and whatnot. Then I swear I saw some alien looking things hanging out by the shopping center! But oh well, we went back inside our home, played some scene it, and actually slept. =]
Would someone explain to me why you like fireworks? I don’t like them at all and everyone I ask says something along the lines of “oooh! pretty!” or “shove off I’m eating a sandwich!” Darn those rude sandwich eaters…. So will someone help me understand? Yay! Thanks!
Mmk well I’m of for my aunt’s house to sit around and whatnot, so be good children and don’t get your fingers blown off by fireworks!
